GIG Interim connects companies in the Netherlands with interim and contract IT professionals. Companies post a job, meet matching professionals online and pay per hour worked.
Today, we act as the agency for our own pool of vetted IT professionals, most of them based in India and working remotely. Later, approved partner agencies, mainly IT service companies in India, can list their professionals too.
Our story
From individual professionals to one accountable partner
GIG started as a platform for individual professionals. In 2025 we moved to working through agencies, and GIG now acts as the agency for its own pool of vetted professionals.
We made that change so companies have one accountable partner. That partner is GIG, a Dutch company that arranges the contract, sends the invoice and is responsible for the professional working from abroad.

Clear hourly rates
The hourly rate you see already includes our service fee.
One Dutch partner
You contract with GIG, a Dutch company, and receive one monthly invoice for approved hours.
Advantages for companies
IT talent from abroad, with a Dutch contract partner
Post a job with the role, skills, hourly budget and period. You see matching verified professionals with their match percentage and hourly rate, and choose who to interview online.
After the interview, you decide whether to hire. GIG arranges the contract, you approve hours in the platform, and you pay GIG's monthly invoice by bank transfer.
Advantages for agencies
Reach companies in the Netherlands
As an approved partner agency, you can list your IT professionals on GIG Interim and reach companies in the Netherlands. When a company shows interest, GIG contacts you and you propose up to three interview times.
GIG handles the contract, invoicing and collection with the client. You are paid for the hours the company has approved.
